Refund policy

Overview

Our return policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have passed since you received your item, unfortunately, we can no longer offer a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when delivered, unused, and in its original packaging. Any item showing signs of use or mishandling may not be accepted.

Please note that returns are only considered in cases where the item is shown to have manufacturing defects or arrived in a damaged condition.


Non-returnable items

Several types of goods are not eligible for return, including but not limited to:

  • Personal care or hygiene products

  • Downloadable software

  • Gift cards

  • Items marked as final sale

  • Products damaged after delivery


Return Procedure

To start a return or report a damaged item, contact us at Info@Xmart.me within the 7-day period. Do not send your purchase back without prior approval.

We may ask for photos or videos as proof of the damage or defect. Once reviewed, we’ll advise whether the item qualifies for exchange or refund.

In case of acceptance, the customer must ship the item back to our head office, or we may advise them to refer to the official supplier of the brand for further processing.


Exchanges (Preferred Option)

Whenever possible, we will offer to exchange the item with the same or a similar product if the issue is due to a manufacturing fault or shipping damage. Exchange is the fastest way to resolve most eligible cases.


Refunds (If Applicable)

In rare cases where an exchange is not possible, and a refund is approved, it will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow up to 15 business days for the amount to reflect.

If you haven’t received your refund after this time, we recommend checking with your bank and credit card provider before contacting us at Info@Xmart.me.


Shipping & Return Costs

Customers are responsible for paying return shipping costs unless otherwise stated.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.

  • If your order originally shipped with free delivery, Fee of return shipping will be deducted from any eligible refund.

We recommend using a trackable shipping method for returns, as we are not liable for items lost in transit.


Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift at checkout and shipped directly to you, you may receive store credit or a gift voucher upon successful return approval.
